Refund Policy

EtoA is committed to delivering value through high-quality sessions and services. Due to the nature of our offerings, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions below:

ProTip Sessions

Refunds are available if cancellation is made 24–48 hours before the scheduled session.

No refunds for missed sessions or late cancellations.

Rescheduling is allowed once, provided notice is given in advance.

Digital & Practical Services

(LinkedIn profile creation, document scanning, professional photos, editing, etc.)

No refunds once work has begun or files have been delivered.

If an error occurs on EtoA’s side, a revision or correction will be provided at no extra cost.

Refunds may be considered if the service cannot be delivered as agreed.

How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within a specified timeframe of

7 days of purchase including proof of payment
